Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Orders are shipped out on Saturdays. Shipping times start after the order is shipped out.

Shipped flat in a rigid mailer and sealed inside a plastic sleeve with cardboard backing. If you don’t want a plastic sleeve, please leave me a note at checkout.

CANADA

  • $2-4 (based on size and weight) Canada Post Letter Post (5-10 business days). Includes insurance. No tracking. Available for small flat items such as stickers and prints 8x10” or smaller.

  • $20-25 (based on location) Canada Post Expedited Parcel (5-7 business days). Includes insurance and tracking. For larger prints in a mailing tube.

USA

  • $10 Canada Post Small Packet Air (1-3 weeks). Includes insurance. Tracking is an extra $5.

INTERNATIONAL

  • $10 with Canada Post Small Packet Air (1-4 weeks). Includes insurance.
    No tracking.

  • Each country has its own regulations, so if you don’t see your country on the list at checkout, please contact me so I can check the rules and whether I can ship there.

Returns

You may return any undamaged prints or original paintings within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact me before shipping any items back. 

Items are printed to order, so please shop mindfully. Custom orders are not eligible for return.

Damaged Packages

If any items arrive damaged, please contact me right away, and I will replace the items or work with you on a satisfactory solution if the item was an original painting.

Lost Packages

If you suspect your package might be lost, please be patient. Postal systems can sometimes be slower than usual. The vast majority of the time the order is just delayed, not lost.

UNTRACKED

If it has been more than a week past the latest expected delivery time (2 weeks for international), and you do not have tracking, please contact me, and I will ship out a new package.

TRACKED

If your package is tracked and says delivered, it can sometimes arrive a day or two later. If it doesn’t, please contact me and I will open a track and trace with Canada Post to see if they can find your package. If they can’t, I will send you a replacement.

Please note: if you entered an incorrect shipping address and that is the cause of the undelivered package, you will be responsible for shipping fees to reship the order, and you may need to wait until it arrives back to me before I reship it.

Thank you for your patience. Most of the time packages are just late and not lost, so it’s nice to give them a bit of extra time to arrive.
